We want every Guest to feel comfortable and safe. Please read these rules before visiting the bathhouse club and follow them during your stay.

1. Opening hours and booking

1.1. The bathhouse club is open daily from 9:00 to 21:00. Visits are by advance booking only.

1.2. When booking, the date, start time, duration, programme, number of Guests and price of the visit are agreed with the administrator.

1.3. Please provide the exact number of Guests, including the number and ages of children. We need this to prepare the space and arrange the appropriate number of staff. If the number of Guests changes, please notify the administrator in advance. Changes are subject to the club’s availability and may affect the price of your visit.

1.4. One steam room accommodates a group of up to 6 people. For a group of up to 12 people, two steam rooms can be booked. Corporate events for groups of up to 20 people are arranged separately.

1.5. Each bathing ceremony is designed for a specified number of Guests. Additional Guests must be agreed with the administrator and paid for separately.

2. Payment

2.1. To confirm a booking, you must pay earnest money in an amount communicated by the administrator. This amount is credited towards the total Service price.

2.2. Payment of earnest money confirms that the person making the booking agrees to the Public Offer and these Rules.

2.3. The remaining balance is paid after the Service is provided or in another manner agreed in advance.

2.4. The price of the visit includes the services and bathing accessories specified in the selected programme. Additional treatments, drinks, snacks and other items are charged separately unless included in the programme.

2.5. You may change your programme before or during the visit with the administrator’s agreement, subject to availability and agreement on any additional payment.

2.6. Declining individual elements of an agreed programme after it has begun does not automatically reduce the price. Other terms may be agreed separately.

3. Rescheduling and cancellation

3.1. To reschedule your visit while retaining the earnest money, you must notify the administrator no later than 24 hours before the agreed start time.

3.2. A new date is agreed with the administrator. The rescheduled visit must take place within 6 months of the originally agreed date. Further rescheduling is possible only with the club’s agreement.

3.3. If a visit is rescheduled at the request of the person who made the booking, the price in effect when the new arrangement is agreed shall apply. The earnest money already paid is credited towards payment.

3.4. With the club’s agreement, instead of choosing a new date, the earnest money may be issued as a Scandi Club Gift Card for the corresponding amount.

3.5. If cancellation or rescheduling is requested less than 24 hours before the visit, or the Guests do not arrive, the earnest money is neither refunded nor transferred to another date, unless otherwise agreed by the club or required by law.

3.6. If the visit is cancelled in full no later than 24 hours in advance, without rescheduling or issuing a Gift Card, the issue of refunding the earnest money is resolved in accordance with the Public Offer and the laws of Ukraine.

3.7. To reschedule or cancel, please use the communication channel used when booking. The time when the club receives your message is taken into account.

3.8. If other Guests will attend in your place, give them the booking information, agreed programme and these Rules. Such a substitution does not change the booking terms.

4. Arrival, late arrival and the end of your visit

4.1. Please arrive at the agreed time.

4.2. If Guests arrive late, the ceremony begins after their arrival, but the agreed end time remains unchanged unless the administrator has separately agreed otherwise.

4.3. Late arrival does not automatically entitle you to an extension of the ceremony or a reduction in price. If necessary, the programme is shortened to fit the time remaining.

4.4. A visit may be extended only through the administrator, subject to availability and agreement on the cost of the extension.

4.5. If the start is delayed through the club’s fault, the administrator will agree with you an extension, rescheduling of part of the programme or another way to compensate for the lost time.

4.6. You must leave the steam room area at the agreed end time of the ceremony. Cleaning of that area begins immediately afterwards.

4.7. After the ceremony, you may remain in the relaxation area and changing rooms for up to 15 more minutes. This time does not include use of the steam room area.

5. Wellbeing and safety

5.1. Scandi Club provides bathing and related non-medical services. The club is not a medical facility.

5.2. Before visiting, assess your health and ability to take part in the selected programme. If you have a medical condition, limitations or doubts about contraindications, consult a doctor in advance.

5.3. Before the treatments begin, inform staff of any known circumstances that could affect the safety of your visit.

5.4. If you feel unwell during the ceremony, inform staff immediately and stop the treatment.

5.5. Follow staff recommendations and the rules for using the steam room, plunge pools, hot tub and equipment.

5.6. Staff set the temperature according to Guests’ preferences and the permitted limits for each area. Do not adjust equipment settings yourself.

5.7. In the event of a fire, smoke or another dangerous situation, staff may enter any area of the club without the Guests’ prior agreement.

6. Hygiene and use of the space

6.1. Wear a change of footwear on the club premises.

6.2. Shower and dry yourself with a towel before entering the steam room.

6.3. Before using the plunge pool or hot tub, rinse foam, shampoo, cosmetics and leaves from the whisks off your body.

6.4. Use bathing accessories, furniture and equipment with care. Report any faults or damage to staff.

6.5. Do not leave personal belongings unattended. If you lose something or find another person’s belongings, contact the administrator.

7. Visiting with children

7.1. Guests under the age of 18 may visit the club only when accompanied by adults.

7.2. Parents or other adults accompanying children must supervise them at all times, particularly near the plunge pools and hot tub, in the steam room and on the surrounding grounds.

7.3. Children must not be left unattended.

7.4. Admission is free for one child aged 12 or under. The full price applies from age 13.

7.5. If there are two or more children aged 12 or under, each pair of children is counted as one adult Guest for pricing purposes. The administrator agrees the total price of a visit with children when booking.

8. Conduct and prohibited activities

8.1. Respect other Guests and staff. Aggressive behaviour, threats and actions that cause danger or disturb others are unacceptable.

8.2. Club staff do not provide services of an intimate nature.

8.3. Bringing your own food and drinks is prohibited. Drinks and snacks may be ordered from the club menu.

8.4. Animals are not allowed on the club premises.

8.5. Smoking tobacco products and hookah is permitted only in designated areas. Follow staff instructions and fire safety requirements.

8.6. The use of open flames and pyrotechnics outside designated areas is prohibited.

8.7. Bringing weapons, cutting objects, explosive, flammable or toxic substances, or substances with strong odours is prohibited.

8.8. Management may refuse or discontinue the Service without refunding the earnest money if a Guest breaches safety rules, behaves aggressively, intentionally damages property, endangers themselves or others, or otherwise materially breaches the club’s rules.

8.9. If property is damaged through a Guest’s fault, the club may seek compensation for actual losses in accordance with the Public Offer and the laws of Ukraine.

9. Questions and additional information

9.1. Contact the administrator with any questions, requests or feedback. Please tell us about any inconvenience during your visit so that we can help promptly.

9.2. Video surveillance operates on the club grounds exclusively outside the buildings.

9.3. If the club cannot provide the Service due to accidents, utility outages or other circumstances beyond its control, another date and/or time or a full refund of the earnest money will be agreed with you in accordance with the Public Offer.

9.4. The contractual terms for providing Services are set out in the Public Offer on the official Scandi Club website: https://www.scandi-club.com.

Thank you for treating our space with care and respecting one another.

We wish you a pleasant stay!
